Joe Chiellini
Founder & CEOJoe Chiellini is the Founder and CEO of Ameri-Tree Inc. In 2001 he started his first company, ASI Landscape Management which started as a part-time two-person gig while he served as a firefighter for Hillsborough County Fire and Rescue. Upon entering the landscaping industry, he immediately noticed the dire need for a reliable, high-quality tree-serving companion, which lead him to the onset of Ameri-Tree. Joe retired from his 30-year career as a Captain for Hillsborough County Fire and Rescue and now commits his full-time to building and growing his three green industry businesses even more. Joe prides himself on continuing his career to serve his community, inspiring passion, partnerships, and solutions to all his clients.
Mark Almeda
Vice PresidentMark Alemda, Vice President, began his association with Ameri-Tree Inc. while working for ASI Landscape Management. As ASI's first full-time employee, he started as a crew member, quickly advancing to the position of foreman. His hard work and passion are what got him to the ranks in a management role. Mark's management style and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and in 2005 he became a partner and Vice President of ASI, a position he holds to this day. In 2006 he and Joe Chiellini embarked on the journey that is now Ameri-Tree Inc. Mark currently oversees and assists in all aspects of sales and controls at Ameri-Tree.
Devon Santiago
DirectorAs Director of Ameri-Tree, Devon is responsible for all aspects of the division, financial affairs, overseeing management, sales, and customer relations. He began his career by starting his own tree company that provided services for residential, commercial customers. After selling his company and before joining Ameri-Tree, Devon worked in line clearance as a Division Manager. Devon brings to us eight years of tree industry experience and knowledge. He is passionate about helping others and going above and beyond to help those in need. When Devon first joined Ameri-Tree, he launched our Storm Response program in efforts to help others the best way he can. Devon is MOT Advanced Certified, Osha 30 Certified, CPR Instructor Certified.
Teomar Quinones
Operations ManagerAs Operations Manager for Ameri-Tree, Omar is responsible for overseeing crews, job scheduling, training, and customer relations. Before joining Ameri-Tree, Omar attained his tree experience working in line clearance as a general foreman. He promptly advanced to a project manager role from foreman, then swiftly to a general management role from there. During the entirety of Omar's career, he has gained extensive hands-on experience and arbor care knowledge. Teomar's arbor care background has made him an instrumental part when it comes to training all crews and making sure they have the knowledge and tools to do the job correctly and safely.
